2023 Nissan Titan

The entry-level S comes with 18-inch steel wheels, halogen headlights, and a damped tailgate. Step up to the SV trim for 18-inch alloy wheels, LED taillights, front tow hooks, and power-folding side exterior mirrors. The Pro-4X also has front tow hooks, and it adds LED headlights and daytime running lights, a towing receiver hitch, Lava Red exterior badging, and a protective bed liner. The top-level Platinum Reserve comes with 20-inch wheels, a chrome exterior finish, chrome running boards, puddle lights, and a two-tone exterior paint scheme.

Power for every Titan comes from a 5.6-liter V-8 gas engine that puts out 400 horsepower, which is the best in its class for a base engine. It generates 413 pound-feet of torque and works with a nine-speed automatic transmission. The Titan is available with either rear-wheel drive or all-wheel drive at any trim level except the Pro-4X, which comes standard with four-wheel drive. No matter which drivetrain or trim you have, the engine will propel the Titan to 60 mph in about 7.3 seconds.

The ride in the Titan is smooth at any speed and over most roads. It stays agile, even when taking tight corners, and the responsive steering and strong brakes give the driver plenty of confidence in its ability. When equipped with the tow package, it can tow up to 9,370 pounds and haul a payload of up to 1,680 pounds. The Pro-4X model has the extra equipment needed to make it more capable of tackling rough and off-road terrain.

There's room for up to six passengers in the larger Titan cab. The entry-level models have cloth upholstery and a front bench seat. The Pro-4X adds bucket seats in the front row, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, and dual-zone automatic climate control. Bumping up to the Platinum Reserve adds a heated steering wheel, heated rear seats, leather upholstery, and heated and ventilated front seats. You'll get an 8-inch touchscreen in the S, along with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The Pro-4X upgrades to a nine-inch touch screen and the Platinum Reserve upgrades the standard stereo system with a 12-speaker premium system.

Every 2023 Nissan Titan comes with Nissan Safety Shield 360, which is a comprehensive bundle of safety systems. The advanced driver aids include a forward collision warning system, a blind-spot monitor, automatic emergency braking, and lane-departure warning. It also comes with rear automatic braking, rear parking sensors, rear cross-traffic warning, and trailer sway control. The Pro-4X offers the Convenience Package with a 360-degree surround-view camera.
